Sisco Aparici

Sisco Aparici, dedicates all his artistic activity to avant-garde music, both in the field of research and in that of performance and pedagogy.

Passionate about contemporary music, he devotes all his performing activity to contemporary music. He has been awarded prizes by the Ernst von Siemens Foundation, the Swiss Government and the Spanish Government.

He has performed with ensembles such as Remix Ensemble, Drumming Percussion Group, Trio de Magia, NEXEnsemble, Smash Ensemble, Espai Sonor, etc.
He has performed in Festivals or venues with the ENSEMS of Valencia, Festival de Música Contemporánea de Alicante, Festival Música Nova de Sao Paulo, Centro Internacional de Percusión de Ginebra, Jornada de música contemporánea de Córdoba, Vacances Percutantes de Francia, Ciclo de Música Contemporánea de la Fundación BBVA (Bilbao), the Frankfurter Gesellschab für Neue Musik (Germany), Center Tchèque, Quincena Musical de San Sebastián, Schwetzinger SWR Festspiele (Germany), among others.

He continues to work intensively with contemporary composers, premiering works by Alberto Posadas, Ramón Lazkano, Aureliano CaAaneo, Javier Quislant, José Luis Torà, Hèctor Parra, Arash Yazdani, Marco Stroppa, Pierluigi Billone, among others.
